The Christian Church was Hijacked by Constantine

by

The gospels and the New Testament letters offer us invaluable information on the origins of Christianity. But, have we have examined Christianity’s evolvement since these original writings?

Are we still in the same alignment with what the Apostles established then? Are we on the same track as to what was initially set forth, or have we veered off in any way? This would be important to know.

How likely would it be for the adversary to do whatever means possible to pervert Christianity? Very likely.

After the Apostles had passed away, Christianity remained under constant, severe persecution. This went on for over 300 years, and its future looked bleak. The adversary, try as he would, couldn’t blot it out. Instead, the adversary decided to pervert it.

It wasn’t until Constantine came that Christianity was spared. He ordered for the persecution to stop, but it came with a horrific spiritual price.

Constantine made Christianity the Roman State religion. On the surface, this would appear to be a huge victory, but what Constantine defined as Christianity was far from what the original believers established 300 years ago. To control his vast yet religiously conflicted Empire, Constantine decided to merge the opposing doctrines. Paganism and the Nazarene (Christian) faith united. This compromise and merger of the Nazarene faith alongside the Pagan sky god, Mithra, produced a blend of different belief systems. Constantine fused the Pagan religion Mithra with the Early Church, borrowing from the Pagan background of sun-worship.

This is why looking at history becomes essential. Since Constantine combined Christianity with paganism, our next question would be – at what point was Christianity able to break away from this mixture? G-d speaks about not having mixture, so this is important to address. Let’s look at where are today and line up the traditions we hold now with pagan customs and the traditions of scripture. We can be sure that there has been infiltration. We have adopted many pagan traditions, “cleaned them up,” put a new label on them and archived them in our Christian traditions.

Unfortunately, this article would get very long if we were to take the time now to identify and explain these pagan traditions that have infiltrated and taken permanent residence in Christianity. Rest assured, it has happened. Many still want to turn a blind eye to what is pagan. And some have no desire to research for fear that they have to change traditions they have grown to love.

The more important question is, “How willing am I in wanting to remove it?” Am I willing to strip myself of all pagan worship and worship the Father in holiness? Adonai requires us to worship Him in a certain way.

Do you want to dig deep and cleanse yourself of any worship that is not honoring to G-d? Do you want to know how much of your worship is actually worshipping the adversary?

Let’s start with what Constantine established in The Council of Nicaea. Just reading the proclamations, he set forth is enough to make you aware that doctrines were changed.

The Constantine Government established The Council of Nicaea  In 325 AD.

To ensure freedom from prosecution, Constantine forced the early church to say the following:

“I renounce all customs, rites, legalisms, unleavened breads and sacrifices of lambs of the Hebrews, and all the other feasts of the Hebrews, sacrifices, prayers, aspirations, purifications, sanctifications, propitiations, fasts, New Moons, and Sabbaths, superstitions, hymns, chants, and observances, and synagogues. Absolutely everything Jewish, every Law, rite, and custom and if afterwards I shall wish to deny and return to Jewish superstition, or shall be found eating with Jews, or feasting with them, or secretly conversing and condemning the Christian religion instead of openly confuting them and condemning their vain faith, then let the trembling of Cain and the leprosy of Gehazi cleave to me, as well as the legal punishments to which I acknowledge myself liable. And may I be an anathema in the world to come, and may my soul be set down with Satan and the devils.”

There is more…

“Furthermore, any follower of the “Jewish Messiah” who wished to join this “holy community” was compelled to adopt a different set of rules and customs. Subsequently, special creeds were drafted, to which the Christian would have to swear such as:

I accept all customs, rites, legalism, and feasts of the Roman’s [pagans] sacrifices, prayers, purifications with water, sanctifications by Pontificus Maxmus (high priest of Rome), propitiations, and feasts and the NEW SABBATH — “ SOL DIE” (Sunday) — all new chants and observances, and all the foods and drinks of the Romans … in other words, I absolutely accept everything Roman, every new law, rite and custom of Rome and the New Roman Religion.”

Additionally, in approximately 363 AD, the Council of Laodicea wrote, in one of their canons.

‘Christians must not ‘judaize’ by resting on the Sabbath, but must work on that day, rather, honoring the Lord’s Day (Sunday]) … but if any shall be found to be Judaizers, let them be anathema [against] from Christ.”

Just reading these declarations and renunciations can be hard to absorb. Christianity changed. Any hints or traditions of Judaism were wiped out entirely.

Before we begin stripping away all the pagan practices, we can start by removing ourselves from the agreement of the Nicene Creed.

Prayer:

Father, we want to ask Your forgiveness and repent for the sins of our forefathers and specifically the Church leaders who led us away from Your direct and clear instructions in the Word of G-d; Your Marriage Proposal.

Before the Almighty G-d of Israel, I stand and hereby renounce the principles decreed by the First Council of Nicaea as led by Constantine;

  • I renounce its foundation and all the anti-Hebraic fruit that came out of it
  • I renounce every doctrinal error and every lie in it, including Replacement Theology in all of its aspects
  • I hereby affirm my faith in the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; Who is the Creator of the Universe and my heavenly Father
  • I hereby affirm my faith in the resurrection of Yahshua the Messiah and the outpouring of the Ruach Ha’Kodesh (Holy Spirit) on the day of Shavuot (Pentecost).
  • I hereby affirm my belief that I am grafted into the Olive Tree that represents both Israel and the Bride of Messiah, and in unity, we will inherit eternal life
  • I hereby affirm that the G-d of Israel will never forsake His people; neither will He forget His Covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob or the called-out ones
  • I thank You, Father, for removing all the curses that have come into my life, into the body of Messiah, and into our nation, as a result of our belief in the tenets of faith stated in the Council of Nicaea, concerning the Israelites and their Foundations of Faith

In the Name of Yahshua, I break the curses I invoked upon myself and my family when I accepted and lived out the decree of Constantine. I break the curse of “the trembling of Cain, and the leprosy of Gehazi [that] will cleave to me,” as well as the legal punishments to which I acknowledge myself liable.

Forgive me for renouncing the Feasts, the New Moon celebrations, the fast days, the Sabbaths, and my roots in the Fathers of our Faith; Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob

Forgive me for cutting myself off from the one olive tree and creating a New Testament Church on a false foundation of Replacement Theology, twisting the Scriptures to suit the new doctrines.

Forgive me for being deceived by the pagan teachings, led by Constantine creed in Rome. Forgive me for making pagan decrees and for renouncing everything to do with the Living Word of G-d and the Hebraic roots, which are the foundations of the faith.

Father, please remove this label over me. I no longer want to be a part of any anti-Messiah traditions.

With Yahshua Messiah’s authority and His blood, I break the curse that I will be “an abomination in the world to come, and that my body, mind, and spirit be set down with the adversary and all his evil agents.”

In Yahshua’s name, cut myself free from the “trembling of Cain and the leprosy of Gehazi.” I proclaim and declare the power of those words null and void, and bind all agents of darkness attached to those words. I strip them of their ranking and authority, and I render them powerless and send them to the feet of our Messiah Yahshua!

In Messiah Yahshua’s mighty name, I declare every Roman and Babylonian punishment over my life and the lives of my loved ones as illegal, and that we are not subjected to any Roman or Babylonian spiritual laws!

  • I reject and renounce the writings of the Catholic Council of Laodicea that says:
  • “Christians must not ‘judaize’ by resting on the Sabbath, but must work on that day, rather, honoring the Lord’s Day — the first day of the week (Sunday)”
  • I declare that I’m returning to the teaching and instructions in Your Torah/Word of G-d and that we will obey Your Commandments by keeping the Shabbat on the seventh day of the week
  • I break the curse spoken by Rome, saying that if I keep the Shabbat on the seventh day, then believers in the Word of G-d and Messiah will be an abomination to Messiah — I declare this statement is of anti-Messiah
  • I declare that I will follow Your Torah Word with my whole heart, my whole mind, and all of my being

I thank You for pouring out Your great mercy and forgiveness over me, my family, the body of Messiah, and our nation.

I hereby commit to walk in Truth, in your Torah, and the Ruach Ha’Kodesh (Holy Spirit), as You reveal Your will to me; to walk in love with all my fellowman, and specifically to provoke the Jewish people to jealousy. I do this in the Name of Yahshua Messiah. Amen

Shalom,

Eliyahu Praise
